To commemorate this year's race, the circuit manager to fix the two bends, bends 5 and 16, to reduce the ruggedness that is not consistent on the track surface.

After trying the track in free practice on Friday (26/08/2011), a number of drivers to assess the track even more slippery and can be dangerous.

"This morning a little frustrating, the track conditions are not too good. Slippery and hard to get a grip," said the Honda rider, Casey Stoner, as quoted Crash.

"There's no point looking for the best settings when the track conditions like this because this is worse than last year's uneven track," Stoner added later.

Voice Similar expressed by teammate Stoner, Dani Pedrosa, and the Mapfre Aspar rider, Hector Barbera. They sound similar, so slippery circuit.

"The quality of asphalt was disappointing, not worth it for a world championship circuit. There was no grip and the quality is uneven," tentacle Pedrosa, who is also the defending champion in this race.

"Surface tracks like the layers of sand and when I was eating five laps, no more rubber left (on tires)," complained Barbera
